Hace 20 horas · French astronomer Alexis Bouvard published observations of the motion of Uranus that seemed to violate Newton’s Laws. This meant that either Newton’s Law changed the further you moved from the sun or there was an unaccounted-for massive body in the solar system.

[ 18] Observacións posteriores revelaron desviacións substanciais nas táboas, o que levou a Bouvard a hipótese de que un corpo descoñecido estaba perturbando a órbita a través da interacción gravitatoria. Le Verrier va dans un premier temps refaire l’intégralité du calcul des perturbation exercées par Saturne et Jupiter sur Uranus.
