  3. 29 de abr. de 2022 · Algernon Percy, 10th Earl of Northumberland was born on 13 October 1602. He was the son of Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland and Lady Dorothy Devereux. He married, firstly, Lady Anne Cecil, daughter of William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Salisbury and Lady Catherine Howard, before 1630.[2]

Charles I in 1638 made him lord high admiral of England and in 1639 gave him command of the expedition against Scotland, which he was forced to relinquish because of illness.
