Long ago, the Daily Show put out the book America (The Book): A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction. There was a line in it about how the founders made 35 the age required to be President so that senescence could "redemocratize the country" should there ever be a dictator. It was made to be tongue in cheek, but I think often about that now.
