Andrea Dotti. Andrea Paolo Mario Dotti was an Italian psychiatrist. He is well known as the second husband of Audrey Hepburn from 1969 to 1982. Dotti met Audrey Hepburn in June 1968 on a cruise on a yacht owned by a friend and fell in love with her on a trip visiting Greece. They subsequently married on 18 January 1969.
