  2. Andrew Stewart, 1st Lord Avondale (died 9 September 1513) was a Scottish nobleman. He was the son of Alexander Stewart, from whom he inherited the lands of Avondale.

He married Margaret Kennedy, daughter of John Kennedy, 2nd Lord Kennedy and Lady Elizabeth Gordon, before 4 February 1499/0.2 He died on 9 September 1513 at Flodden Field, Northumberland, England, killed in action.1

  6. 26 de oct. de 2013 · Andrew Stewart, 2nd Lord Avondale or Andrew Stuart, 1st Lord Ochiltree, (died 1549), Scottish peer. Title. Andrew's father was the 1st Lord Avondale of a new creation, Andrew surrendered his title for a new investment as Lord Ochiltree. His seat became Ochiltree Castle in Ayrshire.

  7. His grandson Andrew Stewart was created Lord Avondale circa 1499, a revival of the title which had become extinct on his great-uncle's death in 1488. Andrew, Lord Avondale, was one of the many Scottish peers who were killed at the Battle of Flodden in 1513.
