de Trafford, Ann, 1918-1987 Wife of Derek Henry Parker Bowles. Mrs Parker-Bowles visited New Zealand in 1971 as Commonwealth Chief Commissioner of the Girl Guide Association. In 1955 she was warranted as Division Commissioner for Berkshire South and was later County Commissioner for that county. In 1966 he was appointed Chief Commissioner.
