Lady Anne Boleyn (née Hoo; c. 1424 – 6 June 1485) was an English noblewoman, noted for being the great grandmother of Anne Boleyn and therefore the maternal great-great grandmother of Elizabeth I of England. She was the only child of Thomas Hoo, Baron Hoo and Hastings, and his first wife Elizabeth

26 de sept. de 2022 · Lady Anne Hoo (1425-1484) was the daughter of Sir Thomas Hoo, First Baron Hoo and Hastings of Bedford and Hastings, and the wife of Lord Mayor Of London Geoffrey Boleyn. The couple had two children, Sir William Boleyn of Blickening (c. 1449 - 1505) and Lady Anne Boleyn (1475 - 1556).
Thomas Hoo married (1st) before 1 July 1428, Elizabeth Wychingham, daughter of Nicholas Wychingham, esquire, of Witchingham, Norfolk, by whom he had a daughter: Anne Hoo (born c.1424), who married Sir Geoffrey Boleyn, mercer and Lord Mayor of London: they were the great-grandparents of Anne Boleyn.

Sir Geoffrey Boleyn (1406–1463; also Jeffray Bulleyn, Bullen, etc.) was an English merchant and politician who served as Lord Mayor of London from 1457 to 1458. He purchased the manor of Blickling, near Aylsham, in Norfolk from Sir John Fastolf in 1452, and Hever Castle in Kent in 1462. [1] .
