[3] Anne was the daughter of Francis Russell, Earl of Bedford, [4] and Margaret St John. [3] On 11 November, 1565, Anne married Ambrose Dudley, Earl of Warwick, Duke of Northumberland from 1551, lord of Hale-Owen from 1555. [4] .
