Antonio Moro fue un pintor de retratos neerlandés. Debido a su fama internacional, su nombre se adaptó a diversos idiomas como Anthony More, Anthonis Mor, Antoon Van Dashort Mor o Antonis Mor Van Dashorst. Su fundamental labor fue como retratista. En 1552 pintó al emperador Carlos V y a Felipe II en 1560. En 1554 estuvo en Londres pintando un retrato de María Tudor.

Antonis Mor began his career as apprentice to Jan van Scorel in Utrecht; by 1540 he was Van Scorel's assistant. After visiting Italy, Mor had joined Antwerp's Guild of Saint Luke by 1547.
