Elizabeth Medora Leigh (Swynford Paddocks, Cambridgeshire, Inglaterra 15 de abril de 1814 - Versols-et-Lapeyre, Occitania, Francia 28 de agosto de 1849) era la tercera hija de Augusta Leigh.
