Benjamin Carter Harrison VI (1755–1799) was an American merchant, planter, politician, and revolutionary. He was the son of Founding Father Benjamin Harrison V, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Harrison was a close friend of financier Robert Morris, a relationship that he would keep until his death.

He was a member of the Harrison family of Virginia—a grandson of the ninth president, William Henry Harrison, and a great-grandson of Benjamin Harrison V, a Founding Father.

In 1799, after years of hard work and success, Benjamin Harrison VI died at the age of 44. By the time Benjamin Harrison VII inherited Berkeley, the plantation was drifting towards financial ruins. After over 150 years of Harrison ownership, Benjamin Harrison VIII was the last Harrison to own Berkeley Plantation.
