Blood simple es formalmente irónica pero también clásica. Una marca de clasicismo en cine hollywoodense es la de la transición enganchada entre escenas. Ya en su primera película los Coen muestran un dominio completo de esta “técnica”. Un ejemplo elegantísimo.
