Boček IV of Poděbrady (also known as: Boczek IV of Kunstadt and Podebrady; Czech: Boček IV z Poděbrad; 15 July 15, 1442 – 28 September 1496, in Kladsko), was, by title, the last member of the Bohemian noble family of Poděbrady, who were descended from the Lords of Kunštát.

The Bohemian Poděbrady family (Czech: Páni z Poděbrad) was a noble family in Bohemia, arising from the Lords of Kunštát. After Boček of Kunštát (d. 1373) had acquired the Lordship of Poděbrady by marriage, he called himself "Boček of Kunštát and Poděbrady".

During the reign of King Wenceslaus IV, Boček II was initially on his side, but later turned away from him. In 1394 he was among the League of Lords who signed the initiative of the Margrave Jobst of Moravia , a joint statement with which they turned against the king, who was eventually captured.
After Emperor Charles IV gave Poděbrady to Boček as a hereditary possession, Boček called himself Boček of Poděbrady, thereby founding the Poděbrady line of the Kunštát family. According to legend, King George of Poděbrady, Boček's grandson, was born in the castle.
