Bolesław I of Cieszyn (Polish: Bolesław I cieszyński, Czech: Boleslav I. Těšínský, German: Boleslaus I. von Teschen) (c. 1363 – 6 May 1431) was a Duke of half of Bytom and Siewierz from 1405, Duke of Cieszyn and half of both Głogów and Ścinawa from 1410, and Duke of Toszek and Strzelin during 1410–1414.

Bolesław of Cieszyn (Polish: Bolesław cieszyński; c. 1331/32 – Prague, 23 July 1356), was a Polish prince, member of the Piast dynasty in the Cieszyn branch. He was the second son of Casimir I, Duke of Cieszyn, by his wife Euphemia, daughter of Duke Trojden I of Czersk-Warsaw. Life

Casimir I of Cieszyn (Polish: Kazimierz I cieszyński, Czech: Kazimír I. Těšínský, German: Kasimir I. von Teschen; 1280/90 – c. 29 September 1358), was Duke of Cieszyn from 1315, Duke of Siewierz from 1337 and Duke of Bytom from 1357.

When Bolesław I Piast Duke of Cieszyn was born about 1363, his father, Przemysław I Noszak Piast, was 30 and his mother, Elżbieta Piast, was 16. He married Małgorzata Przemyślida on 1 January 1406. He died on 6 May 1431, in Cieszyn, Cieszyn, Silesia, Poland, at the age of 69, and was buried in Cieszyn, Kraków, Poland.
