George Travelwell (Fairbanks), an American youth motoring in Morocco, discovers that the governor of El Harib (Frank Campeau) has seized a young American woman for his harem. Disguised as an inmate of the harem, George nearly wrecks the place while he rescues her.
Basha El Harib (Frank Campeau) has chosen the girl as the newest addition to his harem, but Fairbanks tricks the villain by disguising himself as a woman. He is brought into the harem's quarters, where he finds the girl and fights his way through most of Morocco's bad guys to aid in her escape.
