Burt Bacharach war viermal verheiratet: mit Paula Stewart (1953–1958), der Schauspielerin Angie Dickinson (1965–1981), der Sängerin und Songtexterin Carole Bayer Sager (1982–1991), mit der er zusammen einige Lieder schrieb, und ab 1993 mit Jane Hansen, die 32 Jahre jünger als Bacharach war.
