John Calvin Coolidge Jr. ( Plymouth, Vermont; 4 de julio de 1872- Northampton, Massachusetts; 5 de enero de 1933) fue el trigésimo presidente de los Estados Unidos (1923-29). Era un abogado republicano de Vermont, que comenzó su carrera política en Massachusetts, estado del que fue gobernador.
Calvin Coolidge (born John Calvin Coolidge Jr.; [1] / ˈkuːlɪdʒ /; July 4, 1872 – January 5, 1933) was an American attorney and politician who served as the 30th president of the United States from 1923 to 1929. Born in Vermont, Coolidge was a Republican lawyer who climbed the ladder of Massachusetts politics, becoming the state's 48th governor.

Calvin Coolidge. Fue elegido vicepresidente bajo la presidencia de Warren G. Harding (1920) y, al morir éste en 1923, le sucedió como presidente. Calvin Coolidge ganó la reelección en 1924, por lo que se mantuvo en la presidencia hasta 1929; pero no se presentó a la reelección para otro mandato, sucediéndole el también republicano Herbert Hoover.
