Carlton House, sometimes Carlton Palace, was a mansion in Westminster, best known as the town residence of King George IV, particularly during the regency era and his time as prince regent. It faced the south side of Pall Mall, and its gardens abutted St James's Park in the St James's district of London.

Carlton House was the London residence of George IV from 1783 to 1826, when he moved to Buckingham House. It was remodelled and refurnished by various architects, but he was dissatisfied with its appearance and quality. He demolished it in 1826 to make way for a housing development.
