Catherine Madox Brown. Date of birth: 1850 — Date of death: Artist. Daughter of Ford Madox Brown (1821-1893) and his second wife, Emma Matilda Hill. Brown was educated at Queen's College, Harley Street. She then trained under her father becoming his studio assistant and model.
