Elisabeth af Danmark. Joachim Frederik af Brandenburg. Katharina af Brandenburg-Küstring. Domkirkens historie går tilbage til 1451, hvor Frederik 2 af Brandenburg byggede sin residens på den nuværende Museumsinsel. Denne kirke var hørte til et dominikanerkloster og var beliggende syd for Slottet.
