Celebrating 50 years of musical career, French disco icon Marc Cerrone has shaped the sound of today’s disco-fuelled pop music. Creating a soundtrack to the sexual revolution of the 70s, his first hit “Love in C Minor” earned him a Grammy, sold +3M copies and ranked 3rd in worldwide charts for months.
Cerrone went solo in 1976. The same year, he also created the Malligator group that he still manages. Since then, he has released over 25 solo albums, including soundtracks. With Giorgio Moroder, Pete Bellotte and Frank Farian, Cerrone is amongst the most pivotal figures of the Euro disco sound.
