Prime Minister Douglas-Home entered No. 10 Downing Street in 1963, only to lose the general election the following year to Labour’s Harold Wilson. Still, he made a comeback as foreign secretary in 1970, making him the Original David Cameron.

  5. We can make out H. Douglas Home (we think?!) but the bit before that had us baffled! For context these are from riding boots in the UK, probably over 100 years old. Wondering if they belonged to the Douglas Home family…
