Charles FitzRoy-Scudamore (c. 1713 – 22 August 1782) was a British politician who sat in the House of Commons for 49 years from 1733 to 1782. Born Charles FitzRoy, he was the illegitimate son of Charles FitzRoy, 2nd Duke of Grafton and educated at Westminster School from 1721 to 1730.
A transient resident. 1713 - 1782. Grosvenor House, Grosvenor Road, Twickenham. Scudamore may have lived here 1750 and 1765. Charles Fitzroy was the illegitimate son of Charles Fitzroy, 2nd Duke of Grafton whose father had himself been an illegitimate son of Charles II by Barbara Villiers.

Charles Fitzroy, through his marriage in 1749 to the heiress of the old and wealthy Scudamore family of Holme Lacy, acquired large estates near Hereford and an interest in the borough. In 1754 he transferred to Hereford from Thetford, where he had sat on his father’s interest, and topped the poll after a contest.

Charles FitzRoy-Scudamore (1713–1782), English politician and illegitimate son of Charles FitzRoy, 2nd Duke of Grafton. He married Frances Scudamore after her divorce from Henry Somerset, 3rd Duke of Beaufort.
