Charles Mohun, 4th Baron Mohun ( c. 1675 – 15 November 1712) was an English politician best known for his frequent participation in duels. He was killed in the Hamilton–Mohun Duel in Hyde Park .

John Mohun, 1st Baron Mohun of Okehampton (1595-1641) was the son of Sir Reginald Mohun, 1st Baronet of Boconnoc in the County of Cornwall, in the Baronetage of England, which baronetcy had been created on 25 November 1611.
Early years and trial for murder. Mohun succeeded to substantial estates in Cornwall based on Boconnoc, which had been in the family since the late 16th century, but in reality his inheritance comprised a series of crushing debts, and he seems not to have exerted much interest in the area.
MOHUN, CHARLES, fifth Baron Mohun (1675?–1712), duellist, born, it is believed, in 1675, was eldest son of Charles, fourth baron (d. 1677), by Philippa, fourth daughter of Arthur Annesley, first earl of Anglesey.
