Charlotte Lee, Lady Baltimore (23 March 1678, (13 March 1678 OS) – 1 February 1721, (22 January 1721 OS ), was an English noblewoman, and granddaughter of King Charles II of England and his mistress Barbara Villiers.

When Charlotte Lee Lady Baltimore was born on 13 March 1678, in London, England, United Kingdom, her father, Sir Edward Henry Lee 1st Earl of Lichfield, was 15 and her mother, Lady Charlotte Fitzroy Countess of Lichfield, was 13. She married Sir Benedict Lenoard Calvert on 2 January 1699, in Westminster, London, England, United Kingdom.

Many online sources describe this portrait as being of Lady Charlotte, but it is more reliably believed to be that of her grandmother Barbara Villiers, Countess Castlemaine. In 1699 Charlotte married Benedict Leonard Calvert. It was his great grandfather, George Calvert, who founded Maryland as a safe haven for persecuted English Catholics in 1632.
