Antonella Newland (mother) Elizabeth Marion Frances Montagu Douglas Scott, Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry (born Lady Elizabeth Kerr; 8 June 1954 – 30 April 2023), styled Countess of Dalkeith between 1981 and 2007, was a Scottish peeress and philanthropist.
Lady Isabella Mary Montagu Scott (24 October 1800 – 9 October 1829), married the Honourable Peregrine Francis Cust. Lady Katherine Frances Montagu Scott (4 December 1803 – 6 June 1814). Walter Francis Montagu Douglas Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch and 7th Duke of Queensberry (25 November 1806 – 16 April 1884).
Charlotte Montagu Douglas Scott, Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry VA (née Thynne; 10 April 1811 – 18 March 1895) was a British peeress. A daughter of the 2nd Marquess of Bath , Charlotte married Walter Montagu-Douglas-Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch in 1829.
When the 3rd Duchess of Buccleuch died in 1827 the Clitheroe estate was divided. One moiety, including Clitheroe castle and honour, was settled on her younger son Henry James Montagu-Scott, Baron Montagu of Boughton (d. 1845), on whom Beaulieu (Hampshire) and Ditton (Buckinghamshire) were also settled.
