They are Charlotte and Mary Williams-Wynn, daughters of Charles Watkin Williams-Wynn. A descendant of a baron, he collaborated with Tories and Whigs and was the father of the House of Commons.

The son obtained the highest honours at Cambridge, was called to the bar in due course, entered Parliament in middle life, and soon rose to be Solicitor and Attorney-General, and Master of the Rolls, and in 1827 succeeded Eldon as Lord Chancellor.

Tanner, in his "Notitia," tells us that there would appear to have been a school attached to the Abbey of St. Peter's from its first foundation.
