As a parent, we understand that you want to be informed and involved in your child's school life, and this page is designed to make that process as easy and seamless as possible.
Children are allocated a ‘substance’ to look after them, to guide them around the school, make them feel at home and introduce them to their friends. The purpose of the day is to give the child the opportunity to see what a typical school day looks like and for prospective parents and the School to assess the suitability of Cheam for the child.
Tutors, mentors, school counsellors, boarding and support staff all work together to provide consistent and timely guidance. School. We welcome you to the Cheam High School website. We have designed it to give students, parents/carers, staff, governors and the wider community the information that they need. Learning differences and difficulties are embraced at Cheam. Fostering children’s self esteem and happiness is our main aim. Our Learning Development Centre supports all children with a range of learning differences, enabling them to access the curriculum to ensure they reach their potential, to allow them to thrive.
