Claus Bille (ca. 1490 – 4 January 1558 at Lyngsgård, Scania) was a Danish statesman. Early life. Claus was born as the youngest son of a Danish nobleman, Steen Basse Torbensen Bille of Søholm (1446-1520) and his wife, Margrethe Rønnow (1450-1490). Biography.

Claus Bille (født ca. 1490, død 4. januar 1558 på Lyngsgård i Skåne) til Lyngsgård, Raabelev, Vandaas, Allinde og flere andre gods, var en dansk ridder og riksråd. Liv. Han tilhørte adelsslekten Bille, og var sønn av riksråd Steen Basse Bille og Margrethe Clausdatter Rønnov.
Fetter til Eske Bille (ca. 1480–1552). Claus Bille var dansk riddar og høvedsmann på Båhus slott. Som Frederik 1s utsende mann sikra han 1532 kongens stilling i Noreg. Han kalla inn til riksrådsmøte i Trondheim 1532 og fekk der fornya forbundstraktaten frå 1450 mellom Noreg og Danmark.
