Dennis William Siahou Sciama, FRS (/ ʃ i ˈ æ m ə /; 18 November 1926 – 18 December 1999) was an English physicist who, through his own work and that of his students, played a major role in developing British physics after the Second World War.

Dennis William Siahou Sciama (Reino Unido: /ˈdenɪs ʃiˈæmə/; Mánchester, 18 de noviembre de 1926 - Oxford, 18 de diciembre de 1999) fue un físico británico, en particular uno de los principales expertos internacionales en astrofísica y cosmología.
Dennis Sciama, nació en 1926 en Manchester, Inglaterra, y fue uno de los cosmólogos más importantes de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Pasó la mayor parte de su carrera en las Universidades de Oxford y de Cambridge, y fue mentor de otros grandes físicos como Martin Rees, Stephen Hawking y otros.
