Dorotea de Anhalt-Zerbst (en alemán: Dorothea von Anhalt-Zerbst) (Zerbst, 25 de septiembre de 1607-Hitzacker, 26 de septiembre de 1634) fue un miembro de la Casa de Ascania y princesa de Anhalt-Zerbst por nacimiento, y consorte de Augusto de Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, el Joven, futuro príncipe de Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel.

Dorothea of Anhalt-Zerbst, wife of August of Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel, owned two emblem books, both preserved today at the Herzog August Bibliothek, that were customized for her as Stammbücher, or alba amicorum, and given to her as a child.

Dorothea Hedwig married on 29 December 1605 in Wolfenbüttel to Prince Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst (1576–1621). She died while giving birth to her fourth child, a still-born princess who was born an hour after the mother's death. The Princess was buried in the Bartholomai Church in Zerbst.
