Dorothy Annie Elizabeth Garrod (Londres, 5 de mayo de 1892-Cambridge, 18 de diciembre de 1968), fue una arqueóloga británica especializada en el periodo Paleolítico. Nacida en Oxford, se matriculó en el diplomado de arqueología en 1921 y leyó su tesis doctoral en Oxford en 1924.

Dorothy Annie Elizabeth Garrod, CBE, FBA (5 May 1892 – 18 December 1968) was an English archaeologist who specialised in the Palaeolithic period. She held the position of Disney Professor of Archaeology at the University of Cambridge from 1939 to 1952, and was the first woman to hold a chair at either Oxford or Cambridge .

Dorothy Garrod continuó realizando excavaciones arqueólogicas hasta pocos años antes de su muerte en 1968, aun cuando ya se había retirado de su cátedra de Cambridge en 1952. Una de sus costumbres era contratar solo mujeres para los trabajos principales.
