Ebba Magnusdotter Brahe (16 March 1596 – 5 January 1674) was a Swedish countess, landowner, and courtier. She is foremost known for being the love object of King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden, and because he wished to marry her prior to his marriage, plans which were however never realized.

Ebba Magnusdotter Brahe, född 16 mars 1596 på Lerjeholm, död 5 januari 1674 i Stockholm, var en svensk brukspatron, entreprenör, hovdam och grevinna. Den 24 juni 1618 gifte hon sig med riksmarsken Jakob De la Gardie, med vilken hon bland annat fick sonen Magnus Gabriel De la Gardie och dottern Maria Sofia De la Gardie.
