Ebba Magnusdotter Brahe (16 March 1596 – 5 January 1674) was a Swedish countess, landowner, and courtier. She is foremost known for being the love object of King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden, and because he wished to marry her prior to his marriage, plans which were however never realized.

Ebba Brahe, Countess and manager of property holdings and industrial enterprises and her husband Count Jacob De la Gardie. The couple got 14 kids, which Magnus Gabriel and Maria Sofia, became the most famous.

On a small island in the river near the old works is a romantic summerhouse, painted pink and built in the style of an octagonal pavilion. Carrying Ebba Brahe’s name, it is the oldest summerhouse in the country—built in 1636, according to the date on the weather vane.
