Hace 4 días · Sir Edmund Andros's account of the State of New England. In 1686 he was named Governor of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Narragansett County, Rhode Island, New Plymouth and County of Cornwall. In 1687 Connecticut was added and also New York and the Jerseys.

Sir Edmund Andros. Served as governor for several different colonies on several different occasions. His fingerprints were everywhere on the colonies, and yet I only learned about him about a year ago.
