Elena Anne Ford-Niarchos (born May 25, 1966) is an American businesswoman. She is the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ford Motor Company and the first woman in the Ford family to hold an executive position at the company.

Elena Ford became chief dealer engagement officer in September 2023, for which she reports to Andrew Frick, president, Ford Blue. In this role, she works closely with Ford’s 10,000 dealers worldwide to help effect their collective transformation into a competitive differentiator for the company.
Elena Ford is chief customer experience officer, Ford Motor Company. In this role, she leads the organization responsible for creating a world-class customer experience throughout the entire ownership cycle. She reports to Kumar Galhotra, Ford president, Americas and International Markets Group.
