Elizabeth Carew (née Bryan; c. 1500 – 1546) was an English courtier and reputed mistress of King Henry VIII. A daughter of Sir Thomas Bryan and Margaret Bourchier, Elizabeth became the wife of Henry VIII's close friend Sir Nicholas Carew, an influential statesman who was eventually executed for his alleged involvement in the Exeter Conspiracy.

Her will as ‘Ladye Dame Elsabeth Carewe’ was dated (May 21, 1546) and proved (July 17, 1546) shortly after her death. She was interred with her husband in the Church of St Botolph, Aldgate, in London.

Next we see part of a letter from Elizabeth’s mother, Lady Margaret Bryan giving thanks for Cromwell for his kindness: My lord, I most humbly thank your good lordship for the great goodness you showed my poor daughter Carew, which bindeth me to owe you my true heart and faithful services while I live.
She married Sir Robert Edward Drury in 1579, in County Carlow, Ireland. They were the parents of at least 10 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 29 January 1620, in Errol, Perthshire, Scotland, at the age of 92, and was buried in Rougham, Suffolk, England, United Kingdom.
