Elizabeth Stuart, 2nd Countess of Moray suo jure (1565 – 18 November 1591), was a Scottish noblewoman and cousin of King James VI.

When Elizabeth Stewart Countess of Moray was born on 3 August 1565, in Edinburgh, Scotland, her father, James Stewart 1st Earl of Moray, was 34 and her mother, Lady Agnes Keith, was 35. She married James Stewart 2nd Earl of Moray on 23 January 1580, in Fife, Scotland.

Perhaps the most well-known Earl of Moray was James Stewart, 2nd Earl of Moray, the husband of Elizabeth Stewart, 2nd Countess of Moray, who held the earldom jure uxoris (by right of his wife), as he was the subject of a famous ballad, "The Bonny Earl O'Moray".
