59°55′09″N 10°45′11″Ø. Elvebakken videregående skole er en videregående skole som ligger på Vestre Elvebakke 3 i bydel Grünerløkka. Skolen er med sine ca 1 400 elever en av Oslos største skoler. Skolen ble etablert i 1921 og het tidligere Kristiania Fag- og Forskole for Håndverk og industri og deretter Oslo Yrkesskole.

20 upper secondary schools and more than 800 students from all over Norway participate in the Holberg Prize School Project each year. The students are assisted by scholars and the projects are integrated into their regular curriculum.

Elvebakken Upper Secondary School. Oslo. Elise Harwiss. Winner of the 2022 Holberg Prize School Project. Elise Harwiss from Elvebakken Upper Secondary School came in first place in the 2022 Holberg Prize Schoool Project with the research project: "The role of relatives in heroin assisted treatment"
Although upper secondary schools in Norway follow the same national curriculum, I would advise to students in Oslo to apply to schools near the city centre. Mostly so they may meet highly motivated peers with a relatively diverse group of students. Katedralskolen, Elvebakken, Foss, Nydalen, Edvard Munch are popular schools.
5 de nov. de 2021 · Student ambassador and first-year student Mah Noor Munir (20) remembers NHH’s visit to her former school, Elvebakken upper-secondary school in Oslo. Munir says that she chose NHH because of the exchange opportunities and the school’s extensive collaboration with educational institutions abroad.
