Prince Emich Kirill Ferdinand Hermann of Leiningen (18 October 1926 – 30 October 1991); married Duchess Eilika of Oldenburg on 10 August 1950. They had four children. Prince Karl Vladimir Ernst Heinrich of Leiningen (2 January 1928 – 28 September 1990) married Princess Marie Louise of Bulgaria on 20 February 1957 and they were divorced on 4 December 1968.
In 1991, the seventh prince, Emich, disinherited his eldest son, the Hereditary Prince Karl Emich, after he married his second wife, Dr Gabriele Thyssen, on May 24 of that same year. The disinheritance was upheld by the German courts, and so on Emich's death later that year, he was succeeded by his second son, Andreas, who has been the eighth prince from that time.
28 de dic. de 2023 · On the death of his father in 1946, Emich became the titular Prince of Leiningen. A businessman and entrepreneur, he owned a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe Chassis. The Prince fell out with his eldest son over the latter's marriage, and disinherit him. He died on 30 October 1991, and was succeeded by his son Andreas.
