Emil Cioran (rumensk: [eˈmil t͡ʃjoˈran]; også kjent som E.M. Cioran, [11] Emil-Michel Cioran [12], født 8. april 1911 i Rășinari i Romania, død 20. juni 1995 i Paris) var en rumensk -født filosof og forfatter. Cioran var sønn av en ortodoks prest og vokste opp i hjembyen til han dro 10 år gammel til Sibiu for fortsette sin utdanning.
