Emil Jannings. (1884/07/23 - 1950/01/02) Emil Jannings. Theodor Emil Janenz. Actor suizo. Nació el 23 de julio de 1884 en Rorschach, Suiza. Comenzó a actuar desde niño, incorporándose al cine en 1914 para trabajar principalmente con el productor Max Reinhardt, y actuar a las órdenes de Ernst Lubitsch o F. W. Murnau. En 1926 se trasladó a Hollywood.
