Emilie von Reichenbach-Lessonitz, geb. Ortlepp, auch Ortlöpp (* 13. Mai 1791 in Berlin; † 12. Februar 1843 in Frankfurt am Main ), war die Mätresse und spätere zweite Ehefrau des Kurfürsten Wilhelm II. von Hessen-Kassel .
William also had eight children by his second wife, Emilie Ortlöpp (1791–1843), daughter of Johann Christian Ortlöpp and wife Agnese Luise Sophie Wiessenberg, created (1821) Countess of Reichenbach-Lessonitz. The children bore the title Count/Countess of Reichenbach-Lessonitz: Emilie Ortlöpp, Countess of Reichenbach-Lessonitz.

Louise inherited a vast fortune from her mother, Emilie, Countess von Reichenbach-Lessonitz, the daughter of gold merchant Johann Christian Ortlöpp. The estate was valued at 48 million marks at the time of her death, an amount equivalent to billions of dollars in today's economy, and was divided equally among Louise and her six surviving siblings.
