Erich Kurt Mühsam (6 de abril de 1878, Berlín - 10 de julio de 1934, Oranienburg, Tercer Reich) fue un anarquista alemán de origen judío, escritor, periodista, poeta y dramaturgo. A finales de la Primera Guerra Mundial, se convirtió en uno de los principales impulsores, junto a Gustav Landauer, de la República de los consejos de Baviera.

Erich Mühsam (6 April 1878 – 10 July 1934) was a German antimilitarist anarchist essayist, poet and playwright. He emerged at the end of World War I as one of the leading agitators for a federated Bavarian Soviet Republic, for which he served five years in prison.
