Ernst-Wolfgang Böckenförde (* 19. September 1930 in Kassel; † 24. Februar 2019 in Au (Breisgau)) war ein deutscher Staats- und Verwaltungsrechtler sowie Rechtsphilosoph. Von 1983 bis 1996 war er Richter des Bundesverfassungsgerichts. Böckenförde zählte zur Ritter-Schule und war Schüler und Freund Carl Schmitts .
RESUMEN. Este texto ofrece un análisis crítico de la influencia de la obra de Ernst-Wolfgang Böckenförde en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia. El aspecto principal estriba en la propuesta de las diversas teorías materiales de los derechos fundamentales, a saber, la liberal, la democrática y la del Estado social.

Ernst-Wolfgang Böckenförde (19.09.1930 bis 24.02.2019) lehrte von 1977 bis zu seiner Emeritierung im Jahr 1995 an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität. Mit einem eigenen Fundament auch in Geschichte und Philosophie gehörte er zu den einflussreichsten Staatsrechtslehrern der frühen Bundesrepublik.
