Theodore Roosevelt’s youngest daughter Ethel Roosevelt Derby and his daughter-in-law Eleanor Butler Roosevelt lived at or around the patriarch’s home in Long Island for years after TR died. Tourists that visited Sagamore Hill—a National Park Site since 1962—often saw these last scions walking the grounds.
