Eudokia Komnene was born on 14 January 1094, as the third daughter and sixth child of the Byzantine emperor Alexios I Komnenos and empress Irene Doukaina. As her parents were ruling since 1081, she was attributed the title of a porphyrogennete princess.

Eudokia Komnene or Eudocia Comnena (Greek: Ευδοκία Κομνηνή, Eudokia Komnēnē), (c. 1150 or 1152 – c. 1203) was a niece of Byzantine Emperor Manuel I Komnenos, and wife of William VIII of Montpellier. Eudokia was a daughter of the sebastokratōr Isaac Komnenos by his second wife, Irene Synadene.
