Eva Aeppli (Zofingen, Suiza, 2 de mayo de 1925-Honfleur, Francia, 4 de mayo de 2015) fue una artista, pintora y escultora suiza. Perteneció a la vanguardia parisina. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Contrajo matrimonio con Hans Leu desde 1946 hasta 1949, con Jean Tinguely , entre 1951 y 1960 y con Samuel Mercer desde 1962.
Eva Aeppli (2 May 1925 – 4 May 2015) was a Swiss artist. Personal life. Born on 2 May 1925 in Zofingen, Switzerland, Aeppli spent her childhood in Basel where she attended the School of Decorative Arts. Her father was a Waldorf educator and child development author, Willi Aeppli, who worked with Rudolf Steiner.

Eva Aeppli — AWARE. 1925 — Zofingen, Switzerland | 2015 — Honfleur, France. Swiss painter and sculptor. Eva Aeppli studied painting, engraving and sculpture at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Basel. At the age of 16 she learned of the existence of concentration camps while reading Die Moorsoldaten (Peat Bog Soldiers, 1935) by Wolfgang Langhoff.
