Făgăraș (în maghiară Fogaras, în germană Fogarasch) este un municipiu în județul Brașov, Transilvania, România. Are o populație de 30.714 locuitori. Înainte de Unirea Transilvaniei cu România orașul a fost centrul administrativ al comitatului Făgăraș, iar între 1920 și 1950 a fost reședința județului Făgăraș.
