Robert Dionne of the Majestic Theatre insist that it is not a sign of a troubling trend in the closure of cultural activities in the Queen City.

Shoppers must understand that trolleys belong to the store and are only for their convenience. They should have basic shopping etiquette and must not misuse the trolleys.
